| 摘 要： | 简要介绍了用冷拔冷轧方法制造整筒式抽油泵泵管的工艺及泵管的技术条件，指出用该方法生产整筒泵泵管可充分发挥冷拔和冷轧两者各自的优势，具有灵活性大、规格范围宽、工模具简单及生产效率高等优点。生产出的泵管尺寸偏差、表面粗糙度、壁厚均匀度和直线度等均达到技术要求，泵管质量合格率为８９％，钢材利用率为７４％。

| Abstract: | The technology for manufacturing the barrel of a monobarrel subsurface pump by cold-drawing and cold-rolling and the technical requirements on the barrel are introduced, and it is pointed out this method for manufacturing subsurface pump barrel can turn the respective advantages of cold-drawing and coldrolling to full account and the barrels manufactured by this method fulfill the requirements on size devia-tion, surface roughness, wall uniformity and barrel straightness, the percent of qualified products is 89% and the utilization ratio of material is 74%. |
