| 摘 要： | 由于地层的复杂性和隐蔽性，很难用精确的数学模型描述钻机的工作过程。目前对钻机故障只能凭人的经验进行识别和处理，不能在线实时准确地识别和预防。专家系统不需要精确的数学模型，很适合钻机工作过程中信息不足、不精确等特点。笔者在分析钻机工作过程中常见故障特征信号的基础上，利用产生式规则建造了在线实时故障诊断与控制的专家系统，并给出了专家系统的推理机制及软硬件设计思想。应用结果表明，把专家系统应用于钻机的在线实时故障诊断与控制是完全可行的，且效果良好。

| Abstract: | On the basis of an analysis of the characteristic signals of the usual troubles occurred on drill rigs inoperation,an expert system for on-line real-time trouble diagnosis and contol is established,and thelogic principle and design idea of the hardware and software of the expert system is presented.Applicationshows that this system is practicable and efficacious. |
