蓄能控制阀机理的分析和商榷

摘    要:蓄能控制阀是加藤NK系列汽车起重机起升液压离合器回路自动蓄能系统的核心元件。详细剖析了蓄能控制阀在蓄能器充压到最大设定压力时自动转变为卸荷阀,在蓄能压力下降到最小设定压力时自动转变为安全阀,保持蓄能压力在设定范围内的工作过程;揭示了最小设定压力与最大设定压力之间的比例关系;讨论了阀的遥控卸荷功能在单泵多回路下的抗干扰用途;最后还对有关文献中的错误观点进行了辨正。

Abstract:The accumulation control valve is the key element of the hydraulic clutch system on NK series truck cares.This article expounds in detail how the accumulation control valve maintains the accumulation pressure in a specific range,functions as release valve at the maximum setting pressure and as safety valve at the minimum setting pressure, indicates the proportion relationship between the minimum setting pressure and the maximum setting pressure,and discusses the anti-interference function of the remotecontrolled unloading kinetic energy of the valve for a pump with multi-return circuits.
