| 摘 要： | ＬＺＣＱ／３离心式真空除气器是用来除去气侵钻井液中直径小于０．８ｍｍ的小气泡的除气设备。它采用水平离心力场和负压双重作用原理来达到除气目的，其处理量为３ｍ３／ｍｉｎ，除气效率为９５％～９９％，可有效地除去侵入钻井液中的气体，避免因气侵造成的井涌、井喷和盲目加重钻井液而引起的井漏等恶性事故。这种除气器具有安装、操作、维护保养方便，无故障工作时间长等特点，可兼作搅拌器用于搅拌罐内钻井液，代替离心泵倒罐。

| Abstract: | Medel LZCQ/3 centrifugal vacuum degasser is used for removing the small gas bubbles of less than 0. 8mm diameter from gas cut drilling fluid. It utilizes the coordinated action of the horizontal centrifugal force field and the negative pressure to realize degassing, has a handling ability of 3m3/min and an efficiency of 95% ～ 99%, and is characterized by convenient installation, operation and maintenance and long-period service without trouble. |
