为满足超长冲程的需要，采用两个或更多个相互间距离为１００～１５０ｍ的柱塞串联成特种抽油泵的多节柱塞，用油管作为特种抽油泵的泵筒。多节柱塞一油管副间的密封能力由特殊结构的柱塞密封元件——封隔器保证。新型大通道泵阀的采用，增大了特种抽油泵的排量，延长了使用寿命。还综述了柱塞冲程、速度和加速度的计算，为特种抽油泵结构和工作参数的正确选择提供了依据。

Special subsurface pump for steel belt type ultra-long-sroke pumping units

To satisfy the requirement of ultra-long stroke,two or more plungers spaced 100m￣150m apart are adopted as a series plunger of the special subsurface pump, and the tubing string as the pump barrel.Special packers are used for sealing between the multi -plunger and tubing string. By using large-passage pump valves, the displacement of the special subsurface pump is increased, and its service life is improved. The calculations for the stroke,speed and acceleration of the plunger are summarized, providing a basis for selecting the structure and working parameters of the pump.
