热胀式塑料密封热采封隔器性能参数计算

摘    要:采用Mises塑性流动准则对热胀式塑料密封热采封隔器的热胀筒和塑料密封套的塑性与热胀剂内压的关系进行了研究。通过分析坐封前后封隔器的力学特性和密封条件,得出了热胀剂的起始热胀压力、初始生封压力与最终坐封压力的计算公式,同时还给出了密封套材料最小密封压力的计算公式。研究出的成果可用于密封套材料选择、热胀剂的选型及初装量的确定。

Abstract:By using the Mises plastic flow criterion,the relation between the plasticity of the heat expansion harrel and the plastic sealing sleeve on a heat expansion-type plastic sealed packer and the internal pressure of the heat expanding agent is investigated.By analyzing the mechanical properties and sealing condition of the packer before and after setting,the equations for calculating the initial expanding pressure,initial setting pressure and final setting pressure of the expanding agent are obtained,and the equation for calculating the minimum sealing pressure of the material for the sealing sleeve is presented.
