无换向架链条抽油机的原理与应用

针对普通链条抽油机所存在的问题，设计了一种新型重块平衡无换向架链条抽油机。这种抽油机以连杆式换向机构取代原有的十字滑块式换向架，以重块平衡代替气平衡，并改进了导向系统。经运动、动力分析，这种抽油机与现有普通链条抽油机相比，具有可靠性高、平衡效果好、成本和维修费用低、使用寿命长等优点，通过调节偏心距可适应不同的工艺要求。

Principle of chain driv epumping unit without reverse rack

In the light of the problems with the existent chain drive pumping hots,a new weight-balanced chain drive pumping unit without the reverse rack is designed.The new unit uses the pitman reserse mechanism instead of the crosshead slide reverse rack,adopts weight balancing instead of air balancing,and is provided with an improved guiding system.The kinematic and dynamic analyse show that,com pered with th existent chain drive pumping units,the new unit would have the advantages of high relia bility,good balancing effect,low cost and maintenance expense and long service life,and it can satisfy various technological requirements by adjusting the eccentricity.
