磁涡流及漏磁探伤装置检测抽油杆缺陷的试验

摘    要:在模拟抽油杆通过井口运动工况的条件下对抽油杆进行缺陷检测,获得了近30条试验曲线。试验结果表明:磁涡流及漏磁探伤装置能有效地探测抽油杆上覆盖有油污的横向、纵向缺陷,探测结果与缺陷的深度、分布方式有关,而与其宽度无关,探伤记录的灵敏度及清晰度与所用设备的增益值及试件是否穿过磁涡流线圈中心位置有关;漏磁探头对非裂纹的凸凹不平处不会造成误判;磁涡流探头具有距离补偿功能,在透过非铁磁覆盖物探测时能获得满意结果,但是抽油杆端部曲线较多会形成探测的“端部效应”;固定式磁涡流探头不能在360°范围内旋转,易造成漏检。建议在新型井口检测装置上采用直线式磁涡流传感装置及旋转探头组合件,以便在检测时能覆盖抽油杆上的全部检测部位。

Abstract:A test for detecting sucker rod defects by magnetoeddy and flux leakage detecting device is conduct ed.The result of the test shows the above-mentioned methed is effechve on detecting the defects on suck er rods covend with greasy dirt;the detecting result is related to the depth and distributing pattern of the defects and is nothing to their width;the sensitivity and distinctness of the detecting record are related to the gain factor of the device and to whether the tested rod passes through the center of the imagnetoeddy coil.It is recommended to adopt the linear magnetoeddy sensor and a rotary probe on the new wellhead detecting device in order to bring about the inspechon cover all the parts of the sucker rod.
