螺杆钻具和螺杆泵挠性轴的等应力设计

摘    要:在给出挠性轴静动态研究的主要成果基础上,参照满应力设计准则,提出了挠性轴的等应力设计方法,这是通过调整受弯类构件的结构参数,实现构件各截面的相当应力趋于均衡的一种设计方法。详细介绍了未定结构型式的挠性轴的等应力设计方法与步骤,并应用修正的勒让德多项式作松弛因子,以加速迭代收敛过程。算例表明,等应力设计法不但可以降低挠性轴各截面的应力差值,而且还可较大幅度地减少轴用材料。

Abstract:Consulting the criterion for full stress design,a method of optimum design──even stress design of the flexible shaft is put forward.The method and procedures for the even stress design of the flexible shaft with undetermined structural pattern is presented,and the revised Legendre multinomial is applied as the slack factor for speeding up the iterative convergence process.An example of calculation shows that, by using the even stress design method,the difference of the stresses on all of the cross-sections of the flexible shaft can be rebced,and the material consumption for the shaft can be cut down greatly.
