| 摘 要： | 在Ｍ．Ｊ．Ｗａｇｎｅｒ提出的纯滚动齿轮的端面齿廓方程基础上，分析了用铣刀加工齿轮的工艺过程，推导了铣刀齿形造形段的方程及加工齿根圆柱面的铣刀齿形坐标，并设计了铣刀轴截面的全部齿形，为纯滚动齿轮的设计制造提供了一种加工方法。实践表明，用这种方法加工的铣刀可切制纯滚动齿轮的齿形，用于生产加工时，应把螺旋角视为标准参数。

| Abstract: | The technological pcness for machining gears with a milling cutter is analyzed,the equation and coordinate for the tooth form of the cutter are worked out,and all tooth forms on the axial cross section of the cutter are designed,providing a machining method for designing and manufacturing the simple rolling gear.Practice shows that the milling cutter made by this method can be used for machining the tooth form of the single rolling gear. |
