斜井抽油杆柱扶正器的配置间距

摘    要:当斜井采用有杆泵抽油时,必须在抽油杆柱上安装扶正器以避免杆管的磨损,而扶正器的配置间距是影响扶正器使用效果的主要因素。用位移变分原理,以三角级数形式建立了相邻两扶正器之间抽油杆柱弯曲的挠度曲线方程,给出了抽油杆柱最大挠度与扶正器合理配置间距的计算公式。指出配置间距随井斜角的增加而减小,同时轴向压力对扶正器的配置间距有较大的影响,轴向压力越大,扶正器的配置间距越小。

Abstract:The space arrangement of the stabilizers on sucker rod string is the main factor influencing their use value.Based on the displacement variational principle,the eqiation for the bending deflection of the sucker rod string between two adjacent stabilizers is established in the trigonometric progression,and the equations for calculating the maximum deflection of rod string and the rational space of stabilizers are pre sented.It is pointed out that the rational space of stabilizers dacreases with the increase of the deviation angle,and it is also effected by the axial pressure,i.e.the higher the exial pressure, the minor the space.
