油水分离水力旋流器内流场试验研究

摘    要:论述了油水分离水力旋流器的结构及性能。采用先进的二维激光多普勒测速仪(LDV)定量测试了两种不同结构模型的内流场。根据油水分离水力旋流器的结构和内流场特点,将流场分为造旋区、分离区和稳定区等三个区。在造旋区内,流体携带的能量主要转化为旋流加速;分离区是油水分离的主要区段,一般为锥形结构,以补偿动量矩的消耗,维持较高的旋流速度;稳定区则是为了稳定造旋区和分离区的流动,在稳定区底流口应避免产生回流。

Abstract:The design features and performance of a hydrocyclone for oil water separation are expounded, and the inner flow fields in two models with different structures are tested by using the 2- D Laser Doppler velometer.According to the characteristics of the structure and inner now field of the hydrocyclone, the flow field is divided into cyclone-stirring section, separating section and stablizing section. In the cyclone-stirring section, the energy of the fluid is tiansformed to cyclone acceleration; in the separating section the oil and water are separated and in the stablizing section the flow of the fluid is stablized.
