摘    要:根据录井钢丝的铁磁特性,采用漏磁场检测法检测钢丝裂纹缺陷;采用磁通检测法检测钢丝丝径变化。用集成霍尔元件测量磁场的变化可获得所需的信号。通过设计适当的磁路和选取检测元件布置方式,可实现一个探头同时检测裂纹和丝径变化。通过对报警门坎值的设定可实现对缺陷的声、光报警;利用计算机辅助检测技术可实现缺陷位置的准确定位和定量识别。设计的检测装置对长0.4mm、宽0.2mm、深0.1mm的裂纹及0.1mm的丝径变化有良好的分辨力。

Abstract:According to the ferromagnetic characteristic of logging wires, the cracks on the wire are tested by the leakage magnetic field method and the variation of the wire diameter is tested by the magnetic flux method .The signals required can be acquired by measuring the variation of the magnetic field with the in tegrated Hall elements. The crack and the variation of wire diameter can be tested simultaneously with one and the same probe by designing proper magnetic circuit and selecting the arrangement modes of th Hall elements Sound and flash alarm for defects can be realized bysetting the alarming threshold and accu accurate positioning and quantitative determination of defects can be achieved by the computer- aided testing technique.
