摘 要: | 为液压防喷器电-液控制装置的研制设计了一套电动加手液动远、近程调压机构;司钻控制箱采用了防爆设计;整个装置的交直流电源可自动切换。室内性能试验表明,电感压力变送系统、手液动调压阀性能、司钻控制箱防爆性能等均满足设计要求。装置进行了3井次、219天共5256小时的现场试验,共控制防喷器225次,定期检查668次,表明这种液压防喷器电-液控制装置各项技术性能指标均达到设计要求和相应的部颁标准。

Abstract: | An electric and also hand hydraulic pressure regulating mechanism is designed for the electric-hydraulic control device for hydraulic BOPs. The driller's control cabinet is designed explosion proof and the power of the device can be dc-ac shifted automatically. The lab test proves the perfomance of the electric-hydraulic control device fulfils all quality requirements, and the field test shows the device has good serviceability. |
