水力旋流器用于高含油油水混合液分离的试验

在脱油型水力旋流器的基础上，通过改变部分几何参数设计试制的预分离水力旋流器能适应处理含油量小于２０％的污水的要求。现场试验表明，入口含油浓度Ｃｉ在６％～１５％之间，分流比Ｆ＝１．３Ｃｉ，处理后水的含油量可降至０．５％以下，底流仍有０．３５ＭＰａ的压力，分离效率可达９７％，能满足油田生产的使用要求。

Test for separating oil-water fluid with high oil content by hydraulic cyclone

By varying some of the geometry parameters of the hydraulic cyclone for oil separation,a pre-sepa ration hydraulic cyclone,which can be used for treating the sewage with an oil content up to 20%,is developed.Field test shows that,while the inlet oil content Ci is between 6% and 15% and the frac tional flow ratio F=1. 3Ci,the separating efficiency of the cyclone can reach97%,and the oil content in the sewage after treatment can be less than 0.5%.
