水力旋流器用于高含油油水混合液分离的试验

摘    要:在脱油型水力旋流器的基础上,通过改变部分几何参数设计试制的预分离水力旋流器能适应处理含油量小于20%的污水的要求。现场试验表明,入口含油浓度Ci在6%~15%之间,分流比F=1.3Ci,处理后水的含油量可降至0.5%以下,底流仍有0.35MPa的压力,分离效率可达97%,能满足油田生产的使用要求。

Abstract:By varying some of the geometry parameters of the hydraulic cyclone for oil separation,a pre-sepa ration hydraulic cyclone,which can be used for treating the sewage with an oil content up to 20%,is developed.Field test shows that,while the inlet oil content Ci is between 6% and 15% and the frac tional flow ratio F=1. 3Ci,the separating efficiency of the cyclone can reach97%,and the oil content in the sewage after treatment can be less than 0.5%.
