新型异形旋转驴头增程式抽油机

在分析六杆增程式抽油机和异形游梁式抽油机的基础上，提出了集这两种抽油机优点于一体的新型异形旋转驴头增程式抽油机，其关键技术是旋转驴头后轮廓变径圆弧面的设计。它既有常规抽油机结构简单、耐用、易于操作和维护的优点，又能达到增加冲程的目的。此外，还可减小抽油机减速器扭矩和电动机功率，实现节能。其零部件具有互换性、通用性，便于对常规抽油机进行改造，能获得较好的社会经济效益。

Extraordinary long-stroke pumping unit with rotary horsehead

On the basis of an analysis of the six-pitman long-stroke pumping unit and the special-shaped beam pumping unit,a new extraordinary shroke-gain pumping unit with rotary horsehead,which has both theadvantages of the above-mentioned two units,is presented.The key technique of the new unit is the design of the variable-radius circular surface on the back of the rotary horsehead.The new unit is powersaving,and its component parts are in common use and interchangeable.
