电还原-P_(507)萃取分离法回收稀土新工艺试验研究

摘    要:从废钕铁硼中回收稀土旧工艺,工艺流程长、消耗化工材料多,回收成本高;研究一种工艺流程短、消耗化工材料少、回收成本低的从废钕铁硼中回收稀土新工艺非常必要。试验表明:电还原-P507萃取分离法从废钕铁硼中回收稀土新工艺可行,与旧工艺比较,回收1 t稀土可节约成本6033.04元;新工艺回收稀土收率为96.10%。

Abstract:The process of recovering rare earth from waste neodymium iron boron is with long process flowsheet and comsums lots of chemical materials.It is very necessarty to research a new process with short flowsheet,less material comsumption and low costs.Test results show that electrical reduction-P507 extraction separation method is feasible to recover rare earth from the waste neodymium iron boron and cost effective.
