小山电站混流式水电机组运行稳定性分析

摘    要:小山电站机组为80 MW混流式水轮发电机组,为了检验机组的运行特性,在机组大修后,对机组进行了稳定性试验,通过试验,分析各运行工况下机组各部位振动摆度、压力脉动数据,找出机组振动原因,从而为机组避振运行、提高运行寿命提供科学依据.

Abstract:Xiaoshan power station uses francis type water turbine-generator units of 80 MW.In order to test the operating characteristics of the units,stability test of the units is conducted after the unit overhaul.Various parts of the swing vibration and pressure fluctuation data of the units is analyzed through the test in different operating conditions,and the cause of the vibration is identified,which provided a scientific basis for anti-vibration operation and improved the operational life of the units.
