摘    要:按照精料入炉技术、先进电炉装备、铁合金冶炼新工艺、烟气净化和能源回收利用技术、炉渣和废水处理综合利用技术分类,阐述了多项铁合金生产先进工艺技术装备的技术原理、要点及其应用成果。铁合金企业推广应用先进工艺技术装备,减少污染排放,降低能源消耗,有效提高了行业竞争力,促进了产业升级和行业的持续发展。

Abstract:According to the concentrate charging technology, advanced furnace equipment, ferroalloy smelting technology, flue gas purification and energy recycling technology, cnmprehcnsive utilization of cinder and waste waler treatment, technology classifi- cation, this paper expounds the various ferroalloy production of ad- vanced technology and equipment technical principle, key points of application. Ferroalloy enterprises promote and apply advanced technology equipment to reduce pollution emissions, reduce energy consumption, effectively enhance the competitiveness of the, industry,, promote the sustainable deveh)pment of the industrial upgrading and industry.
