| 摘 要： | 通过对客户用电缴费存在的问题的分析、研究，提出了利用客户停复电短信综合信息发布系统的有效支撑，为用电客户及抄表工作人员提供短信提醒服务，做实居民、低压客户电费催收工作，提高用电缴费工作的客户满意度，为电力营销优质服务提供有力保障。
