EA-303换热器故障分析及改造

摘    要:EA-303立式换热器在使用过程中,由于物料中含有环丁砜、水和蒸汽,致使换热器管束频繁出现故障。主要原因是介质腐蚀和冲刷以及焊接工艺。通过分析和研究,从换热器的操作、材质和技术方面进行了改造,取得了较好的效果,延长了使用周期。

Abstract:Because there is sulfolane,water and steam in the feed of EA-303 vertical heat exchanger,which resulted in tube problems occurred frequently.The main reasons are medium erosion and flushing,and the welding specification.The remodelling for EA-303 is performed in terms of operation,material and technique after analyzing and studying.Better effect was achieved to ensure life time extension of the exchanger.
