现代化大批量汽车铸件生产线砂处理系统建设体会

现代化大批量汽车铸件生产线的砂处理系统对生产线的开动率、生产效率以及产品的质量有着很大的影响,发挥着很重要的作用。笔者总结经历几次主持砂处理系统的建设工作的体会,对现代化大批量汽车铸件生产线的砂处理系统建设中必须考虑确保型砂性能稳定达到要求的问题,从回收砂的有效筛选、砂冷却、原材料的选择、合理的工艺参数设置、配比的精确达到、在线检测等方面进行了论述;并对系统设备可靠运行,避免停机造成的生产中止以及保证现场环境所采取的措施进行了介绍说明。

Experiences on Construction of Molding Sand System for Batch Production of Automobile Castings in Modern Foundry Factory

The molding sand system for batch production of the automobile castings in modern foundry factory has an important effect on the quality of castings,productivity and working efficiency of product line.During the designing and building of molding sand system,the stability of properties of molding sand must be considered and ensured.In this paper,the experiences on construction of molding sand system have been summarized.There are several questions discussed,such as the efficient filtration and cooling of used molding sand,the selection of raw materials for molding sand,the reasonable setting of technical parameters for preparing the mold sand,the accurate proportion of molding sand,on-line detecting,and so on.The measures for reliable working of mold sand equipments,preventing from stopping the sand mixing equipments,and protecting the field environment are introduced also.
