建筑节能工程施工监管浅析

随着国家经济的发展,人民生活水平的提高,建筑功能已经从简单的"遮风避雨"向"舒适、节能、绿色、生态"方向转变。从建筑全寿命周期考虑,建筑能耗占社会总能耗的比例已经超过三分之一。怎样创造舒适的室内环境,同时又满足建筑节能的要求,这对于我国这样一个人口众多、人均资源较少的发展中国家来说,是事关重要的大事。因此,建筑节能是我国建设节约型社会的必然选择,建筑节能工程施工的监管则是将其落到实处的重中之重。

Analysis on Construction Supervision of Building Energy Efficiency Engineering

With the national economic development and the improvement of living standards,building function has changed from "protecting human from wind and rain" to the concept of comfort, energy efficiency, green and ecology. From the perspective of building life cycle, the building energy consumption has been more than one thirds of the national total energy consumption. Since China has a large population and an insufficient personal average resource, energy efficiency as well as comfortable indoor environment is crucial to China, a developing country. Therefore, building energy efficiency is the only choice for China to build an economical society, and construction supervision of building energy efficiency engineering become much significant to implement this plan.
