基于LabVIEW的高阻自动测量系统

摘    要:超高阻测量电路中,很小的寄生电容也会带来很大的电路时间常数,等待电路稳定会耗费测量者很长的时间,人为带来的噪声也会使测量的准确性降低。基于改进型的惠斯登电桥原理,运用LabVIEW面向组件技术设计实现了高阻自动测量系统实现精密的高阻测量。主要讨论了高阻自动测量系统软件的状态机设计、组件的可重用性和错误处理机制实现。运用该自动测量系统,能够实现无人无干扰的自动测量,满足高阻精确测量的需要。
