塔河油田短半径水平井侧钻技术

摘    要:塔河油田侧钻短半径水平井造斜井深在5300m以深,施工难度大。通过介绍侧钻短半径水平井的技术难点,结合TK405CH井的设计与施工情况,论述了该油田通过对井下工具、仪器的改进及工艺技术配套,进行短半径水平井作业的成功经验,探讨了短半径水平井中井眼轨迹控制技术、高造斜率下钻具的受力分析、摩阻扭矩分析等多项技术难题,并给出了相应的技术措施。塔河油田短半径水平井的成功钻成并获得良好的产能,为国内深井短半径水平井钻井技术的进一步发展奠定了基础

Abstract:The KOP in the short radius sidetracking horizontal well in Tahe Oilfield is usually located below 5300m, this makes horizontal drilling very difficult. By illustrating the technical difficulties of drilling short radius sidetracking horizontal well, combining with the design and field drilling of well TK405CH, the successful practices on downhole tool and instrument modification, suitable techniques and technologies selection were presented. The following technical difficulties such as trajectory control technology, mechanics analysis and friction/torque analysis of drill pipe in high building rate in the short radius horizontal well were also discussed, and some corresponding solutions were proposed, which were field proven effective.
