摘    要:绳轮铸件周缘有一圈梯形槽,铸件脱模时需进行侧向分型和抽芯。为减小成形梯形槽型芯的抽出距离,减小压铸模体积,设计了带有四开式斜滑块分型抽芯机构的压铸模。斜滑块在推杆作用下沿导滑槽移动,在完成分型和抽芯的同时将铸件推出。介绍了模具结构特点和工作原理,给出了成型零件的制造工艺流程和压铸工艺参数。模具结构紧凑,工作可靠,成型铸件质量好。

Abstract:When the casting is unloaded, side parting and core pulling are required as a circle dovetail groove is around the rope sheave. In order to shorten the core pulling distance and reduce the volume of die casting die, a mould with four angled-lift gliding block for parting and core pulling mechanism was designed. The angled-lift splits eject the casting and finish parting and core pulling simultaneously while it moves in the guiding groove under the action of ejector pins. The structure characteristics and working principle of die casting die are introduced, the process of manufacture technology for molding parts and the die-casting technical parameters are given. The structure of the mould is compact, the mould works reliably and the quality of the casting is good.
