高性能移动电话电池制造方法

摘    要:采用按充放电特性曲线分进单体可充电电池,其容量、内阻、表面温升、充放电电压平台、出现时间、自放电率、寿命等主要性能参数趋于一致,将这些性能一致的单体电池配对,组装成移动电话电池,较按容量分选组装的移动电话电池寿命、待机时间和连续通话时间等性能有大幅度提高。

Abstract:A mcthod of improving the performance of mobi1e phone batteries, using charging and discharging characteristic curves to select batteries was presented. The batteries selected with this method were highly homogenerous in capacity, inner resistance, surlace temperature rising, charging and discharging voltage platform, the time when-V occured, self-discharging rate, cycle life and other terms. Compared with the mobile phone batteries produced with the conventinal method, the mobile phone battery produced by this method possessed even longer service time.
