| 摘 要： | 采用GC—MS法测定植物甾醇样品中的谷甾烷醇。结果表明,线性范围在0～1.24mg/ml之间,相关系数R为0.9990,回收率在88%～108%,平均相对标准偏差2.20%。该法快速准确,科学可行。
