双层筒结构灯泡式水轮发电机热交换与肋优化计算

摘    要:结合灯泡贯流式水轮发电机冷却器的设计,提出了一种新的冷却器设计计算方法———紊流双层筒结构模型法,并结合非线性规划理论对冷却肋的尺寸做了优化计算。通过对白垢电站灯泡贯流水轮发电机冷却器的计算,验证该方法是正确的。

Abstract:A new calculation method for the double layer model of tubular flow is presented in the light of the cooler design of the bulb tubular turbine generator in this paper.And the optimal calculation for the cooling tib dimensions is made withe nonlinear programming.The method is proved to be correct by the cooler calculation for the bulb tubular tubine generator in Baigou station.
