| 摘 要： | 插入式炉内摄象仪能连续获取炉内图象，是一种新型炉内实时监测装置。在高炉生产条件下，工长使用炉内摄象仪可在线观察炉内图象，及时了解斜面煤气流分布、炉内设备工作状况和炉况异常等信息，直观诊断炉况，有效地指导高炉操作。济钢6号高炉使用炉内摄象仪以来，改变了传统的间接推断和预报炉况模式，实现了高炉长期稳定高效运行，主要技术经济指标创历史最好水平。

| Abstract: | The cigar insert TV camera is a new equipment of high reliability and easy maintenance for direct observation of inner situation of BF by the operator. The gas distribution at the throat, the operation of equipment and the aberration are displayed. As a result, the furnace conditions can be diagnosed directly, and furnace operation can be guided effectively. Since the insert TV camera has been used, a long-range smooth operation and high technical and economic level have been maintained on No.6 blast furnace. |
