| 摘 要： | 根据李雅普诺夫稳定性定理，利用不等式技巧，研究了具有时滞的细胞神经网络的稳定性，得到了与滞量无关的网络渐近稳定性的充分判据，该判据可用于时滞细胞神经网络的设计与检验，有重要的理论意义和应用价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper, by making use of the Lyapunov stability theorem and combining with the technique of inequality analysis, the stability of a class of delayed cellular networks are discussed. A new suf-ficient condition of asympototic stability for neural networks is obtained, which has nothing to do with the delayed quantity. The criterion can be applied to design or examine delayed cellular networks and thus has important theoretical significance and applied worth. |
