摘    要:本文介绍了电机节能原理,根据选矿厂浮选鼓风机的变频节能改造实例,说明了风机、泵类设备变频改造后节能效果明显。应用变频器后既节约了电能,提高了设备效率,又满足了生产工艺要求,并且有效保护电机,降低企业维修成本,直接和间接经济效益十分明显。

Abstract:This text introduces the principle of energy cessful improvement of fan motor frequency conversion reservation for electric motor, based on a sucin ore floating concentration plant, showing the evident results in energy reservation from fans and pumps. With application of frequency conversion, power is saved, equipment efficiency is enhanced, production process is satisfied, electric motor is pro tected, enterprise maintenance cost is reduced, so that direct and indirect benefits are very obvious.
