摘    要:对熔覆过程中熔覆区产生裂纹的原因进行分析,提出了一种新的多道搭接熔覆方法。通过实验,获得了具有8个搭接区的较大面积的无裂纹激光熔覆层。

Abstract:The reason for cracking of the laser cladded layers was analyzed in detail.A new overlapping method for decreasing the cracking sensitivity in laser cladded layer was pointed out.By this method a laser cladded layer with 8 overlapping zones and having good quality was obtained.
