| 摘 要： | 文章简要介绍了VM1400振动离心脱水机的工作原理以及控制要求,采用西门子S7-200型小型PLC设计了一套控制系统,介绍了控制系统的硬件组成和软件设计。该控制系统的设计简化了原设备的控制线路,提高了设备的稳定性和可靠性,并在生产中顺利投入使用。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the working principle and control requirements of the VM1400 vibration centrifugal dewater device.A control system of the device wad designed with Siemens S7-200 small type PLC.The paper introduced the hardware composition and software design of the control system.The design of the control system had simplified the control circuit of the previous equipment and improved the stability and reliability of the equipment.The control system had been successfully operated in production. |
