电流波动对后期隔膜电解槽的影响

摘    要:河南省实行电力峰谷分时电价。为减少电耗,新乡树脂厂在每日16:00-22:00将隔膜碱电解槽运行电流密度由1438A/m^2下调为1250A/m^2。运行1周后,电解槽各项指标有不同程度的恶化,有的不得不除槽。分析得知,发生这种情况是由普通隔膜电解槽的自身特点决定的。

Abstract:The policy of electricity prices by peak and valley point of electricity has been carried into practice in Henan Province.The running current density of diaphragm caustic soda electrolyzers at Xinxiang Plant is down-adjusted from 1 438 A/m~2 to 1 250 A/m~2,everyday in the time from 16:00 to 22:00,in order to decrease electric consumption.After one week's runnig,various indexes of electrolyzers are worsened to varying degree,and even some electrolyzers have to be removed.Why this phenomenon would happen is decided by the characters of general diaphragm electrolyzers themselves.
