A number of application cases have successfully proven the robots are very powerful, reliable and flexible to handle pack opera-tions in food industry. Robots could undertake certain intensive labor work instead of human working in unpleasant and monotones environment, while could still achieve high efficiency and reproducibility. Modern robots are integrated with carton machine, pillow pack machine and stack machine in a wide range to work. Although China is a country of population denseness, with the high speed of economy development, a transition from labor reliance to modem production is still showing a spectacular prospect of robots application. However, the barrier for Chinese food industry to equip robots is the concern of cost, or ROI.
