圆盘形凸轮机构及其优化设计

摘    要:给出了圆盘凸轮机构的推杆位移、速度、加速度和压力角的计算式,引入了极位夹角及行程速度比系数的概念,进行了机构的结构、运动和力的分析,建立了优化设计模型,根据优化设计的结果,给出了简化的设计方法。

Abstract:This paper gave the equations of the displacement,the velocity,the acceleration and the pressure angle for the follower in a disk cam mechanism,the idea about the acute angle between two limiting positions and the coefficient of travel speed variation was imported.The analysis focused on the structure,the motion and the force about this mechanism was also introduced to establish an optimal design model.According to the optimal result,a simplified design technique has been presented.
