镍铁预合金粉作粘结相对钨基高比重合金性能和组织的影响

摘    要:研究了Ni-Fe预合金粉末作粘结相对90W-7Ni-3Fe高比重合金性能的影响。发现用Ni-Fe预合金粉的高比重合金延伸率和冲击韧性有所提高,而强度有所下降,其主要原因是羰基法制取预合金粉中存在C、O、N等杂质并分布在钨晶粒和粘结相的界面上从而降低强度。

Abstract:The effect of prealloy Ni-Fe binder phase on properties of 90W-7Ni-3Fe heavy alloy has been investigated.The results show that the alloy in which the prealloy Ni-Fe Powder was used for binder phase has higher impact toughness,better ductility and lower tensile strength.This is mainly because that there are impurities of carbon,oxyen and nitrogen those impurities exist on the interface between tungsten grains and matrix phase,Thus the alloys strength was decreased. in prealloy powder made by carbonyl thermal decomposition method and
