铁磁性材料热交换管的远场涡流检测探讨

摘    要:介绍铁磁性热交换管的远场涡流检测技术,指出了采用远场涡流技术检测铁磁性热交换管时存在的问题。结论得出,远场涡流技术的缺陷检出灵敏度很大程度上取决于缺陷的性质,由于热交换管支撑板信号的影响,很容易导致支撑板下或附近小缺陷的漏检。

Abstract:The inspection of ferro-magnetic heat exchanger tubes with remote field eddy current testing was introduced. It was pointed out that the application of this technique should be very careful in some filed. Testing results showed that the detecting sensitivity of flaws depended greatly on the orientation, width, depth, and extent of the flaw. It was possible that the inspector would miss the defect entirely that lay underneath support plate because of the effect of support plate signals.
