| 摘 要： | 介绍了圆光栅测量齿轮传动系统精度的原理、系统组成和各部分作用，对速比为１５的减速系统进行了实测并对测量结果做了傅立叶分析，发现了１次、５次和１５次谐波。结果说明最后一对齿轮对传动精度的影响最大。该装置可方便地和任何齿轮传动系统联用，进行实时自动测量。

| Abstract: | This paper discribed the principle and structure of the gear transmission error measurment using circle grating. The retarding gear trasmission eroor (I=15) was measumed. The measurment result was coincided with the theoretical analysis. Thes method is compact and reliable. It can be used in a wide field. |
