军用激励功放机箱的热设计

摘    要:温度是平均动能的表征,其值显示为能量(热能)的平衡点。降温的根本途径是“节源开流”,即尽可能减少产生热量的功耗Pd,加大散热量。通过分析一个军用激励功放机箱的热源,及对模块印制板的散热设计,研究了元器件的选用、安装与散热方式,给出了热设计的具体实施方法。热分析与热试验结果证明:对军用激励功放机箱的热设计明显地解决了小型化与性能稳定可靠之间的矛盾,结构合理,系统运行安全、可靠。

Abstract:The temperature is the average kinetic energy attribute, its value demonstration is energy (heat energy) balance point. The temperature decrease basic way is "the festival source opens the class", namely reduce power loss Pd as far as possible, enlarges the heat dissipating capacity. Through analyzing a military drive power amplifier engine case's heat source and the module board's radiation design, the primary device to select, the installment and the radiation way are researched, the implementation method of hot design is given. The thermal analysis and the hot test result proved: the miniaturization and the stable property of the military drive power amplifier engine obviously resolved the contradiction between them. The structure is reasonable, the systems operation is safe and reliable.
