摘    要:根据管材、棒材的全接触矫直理论,结合宝钢所用的管材矫直机组,采用实体设计软件设计造型的办法,给出一个具有工程意义的新型矫直辊辊型的设计方法.结合数控车床CAM软件,还给出矫直辊加工的数控程序.对于使用CAD/CAM软件解决类似具有复杂造型的设计加工问题,具有较大的参考意义.

Abstract:According to the full-touch theory on the pipe or round bar straightening,in combination with the pipe straightening units used in Baosteel,a method that uses solid design software for modeling has been adopted,and a totally new way of straightening the roll profile design has been given.With the help of 3D-modelling CAM software,the NC program has been achieved.It is meaningful for reference to solve such a kind of complicated engineering problem with CAD/CAM software.
