基于LabVIEW温湿度复合测量系统的设计

摘    要:为了解决传统的温湿度测量过程中存在的问题,利用集成湿度传感器HIH-3610测得相对湿度,用多功能芯片DS2438测得工作电压和湿度补偿数据,上位机采用LabVIEW编程进行湿度补偿计算和显示,研制了一种新型单总线温湿度复合测量系统。实验验证测量系统硬件结构简单、测量精度高,具有极广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:In order to resolve the problem existing in traditional measuring process of temperature-humidity, the new 1-wire temperature-humidity combined measuring system is designed. In the system, the integrated humidity sensor HIH-3610 is used to measure relative humidity; the multifunction chip DS2438 is used to get working voltage and humidity compensating data; and humidity compensation calculation and display are implemented in the host computer through LabVIEW programming. Experimental results verify simple systematic hardware structure and high measuring precision of the measuring system. The design has a broad applicative prospect.
