| Abstract: | Speciality,forming principle and condition needed during production of yam-curved fabric and leno were introduced. Yam-curved fabric needs special metal reed to move up and down, and then the wave generated, the yam winding obviously add lighter tension washer during warping. The second beam and the tension control system for crossing warp must be fixed before leno production,the amount of tension regulating-rod moving forward when the first crossing heald rising up must be well command. Apart from selecting suitable sizing ingredients for quality sizing,drafting the reasonable looming draft is important. |
