| 摘 要： | 国际贸易、生产制造和生活质量与环境的关系越来越密切。环保因素对各国国际分工地位和贸易利益分配产生着重要影响。为提高国际竞争力而采取单边、双边和多边环境保护行动将成为国际贸易竞争的主要组成部分。由此，各国政府和企业在对外贸易关系中如何实施相应策略将给ＷＴＯ领导的全球多边贸易体系的运转带来重大挑战。

| Abstract: | International trade, manufacturing and quality of living are increasely related with the environment.The factor of environment protection plays a significant role in positioning international division of labor and allocating gains from trade.Unilateral,bilateral and multilateral actions of environmental protection which are targeting for forcing international competitiveness would be a main content of trade competition.Therefore, what relevant strategies the various governments and enterprises take would post a remarkable challenge to the operation of the global multilateral trade system led by WTO. |
