凸轮式翻袋机三维设计研究

摘    要:利用Pro/E软件实现了翻袋机系统的三维造型设计、整机装配和运动仿真,另外还对翻袋机中的支撑杆零件进行有限元分析,以微观角度研究其设计的可行性。零件采用参数化设计方法,从而可提高产品的设计效率。

Abstract:Software Pro/E was used to implement three dimensional modeling and design for the bag turn-over machine,including the whole machine assembly and movement simulation.In addition,the finite element analysis was made of supporting lever parts in the bag turn-over machine.In view of microscopic study,this design was possible.Parameterized design was made in all different parts,which would improve product design efficiency.
