摘    要:生物表面活性剂是一类由微生物产生的应用潜力巨大的新型的表面活性剂,具有降低表面张力的作用,对环境无毒害,且生物降解性能好,其应用研究将有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:Biosurfactant is a kind of microbial compounds produced by microorganism that exhibited pronounced surface activity.Biosurfactants have physical and chemical character of surfactants,in addition it is nonpoisonous and easily biodegradable.The results showed that its application prospects well and it would be used as a substitute for surfactants.The properties,varieties and application of biosurfactants were reviewed briefly.
