基于亚像素改进的仪表指针定位方法

摘    要:在指针式仪表自动检定系统中,指针定位是决定系统性能的关键技术。针对传统的多项式插值定位法容易丢失边缘点的方向信息,导致计算精度下降的缺点,通过扩展Sobel算子的方向模板,提出了一种基于改进的多项式插值亚像素定位法,并将其应用到指针式仪表的自动检定系统中,使插值算法进行亚像素定位后的边缘坐标更加符合实际,有效提高了指针定位的精确度。

Abstract:Pointer positioning is one of the key technologies which can decide the system performance in the Automatic Verification System for Analog Measuring Instruments.This paper extends the direction masks based on Sobel,and presents an improvement polynomial interpolation of sub-pixel algorithm,the ordinary polynomial interpolation for sub-pixel positioning method lost the direction information of the edge point which resulted in the shortcomings of the decreased calculation accuracy.Then applying it to the Automatic Verification System for Analog Measuring Instruments,making the edge coordination even more tallies with the actual edge,effectively improving the accuracy of pointer positioning.
