基于模糊理论的设备分类决策的研究

摘    要:针对传统ABc分类方法的缺陷,利用模糊数学多属性决策理论以及层次分析法提出了基于设备重要程度的分类决策方法.该方法建立了合理的设备分类评价指标体系,利用层次分析法计算基于多部门评价的指标权重,建立基于多专家评语的单因素评价矩阵,通过模糊综合评判确定设备分类,实现了对企业设备实施分类管理的科学决策.最后给出实例说明了这一决策手段在企业的运用过程.

Abstract:Aimed to avoid the drawbacks of traditional ABC classification,a method of classification decision-making based on equipment prioritization is proposed making use of fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making theory and Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP).It sets up a reasonable evaluating guide line system,calculates the priorities of evaluating guide lines by AHP,builds the single factor matrix based on experts' remark,and decides an equipment classification through Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE),realizing a scientific decision-making about the management and classification of enterprises' equipment.Finally a real instance is given to explain the implementation process of this decisionmaking method in an enterprise.
