深海扬矿硬管系统设备可行性分析

摘    要:较全面地介绍了国外深海采矿扬矿硬管系统设备的结构和主要技术参数, 对国内潜水电泵、石油套管生产厂家和研究部门进行了调研和分析。根据我国深海采矿扬矿硬管系统工艺要求, 讨论了泵的工作参数和管接头的结构。提出的潜水电泵的设计参数和管接头设计的技术要求, 已应用于海上中试扬矿硬管系统设备的设计和研制之中。

Abstract:The structure and technical parameters of equipment for deep-sea lifting pipeline system are introduced here. Some investigations and analysis have been done on some domestic factories and research sectors which produce submersible motor pumps and oil sleeves. Based on the technical requirements for lifting pipeline system in our country's deep-sea mining, the operation parameters for pumps and the structure of lifting pipeline joint have been discussed. The parameters for designing submersible motor pump and technical requirement for designing lifting pipeline joint have been proposed and also applied into the design and development of equipment for lifting pipeline system in the pilot test on the sea.
